GOVIEW binoculars and monocular come standard with a two-year manufacturer's warranty. Please keep your proof of purchase (invoice) in order to claim warranty.
How can I claim my warranty?

In case of a warranty claim, please first contact the dealer or partner from whom you purchased the device.
With your warranty claim please ideally also include a most detailed description of the defect and – if ordered online - possibly some additional, dedicated photos that can help to identify the defect in more detail.
Your dealer/partner will take over the subsequent professional claim processing for you accordingly.

Claims exist if the following damage to the unit is present:
- Focusing wheel defective (blocked), focusing function no longer given
- Bending bridge too loose collapses under its own weight
- Eyecups cannot be unscrewed
- Fogging / moisture in the optical system
- Breakage damage (crack in lens Eyepiece/lens
Claims are excluded in case of defects/damage to the goods due to:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Non-observance of any safety precautions
- Non-observance of the operating instructions
- Use of force (e.g. impact, shock, falling, or twisting off/over of the eyecups)
- Damage due to falls and their consequences, e.g. decreasing tightness due to a previous fall damage
- Self-repair attempts or repairs of unauthorized service by unauthorized repair shops or unauthorized personnel
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. rubber wear/abrasion damage, signs of use on controls.
Furthermore:
- Technical changes made by the manufacturer, if they do not affect the function of the device, cannot be claimed as a defect.
- The manufacturer's specifications describe or characterize the performance. Provided that the usability for the intended purpose is not impaired,
deviations customary in the trade are permissible. Particularly in the case of colored reproductions in all manufacturing processes, minor color deviations are not a defect.
This applies in particular to slight color deviations between several orders/productions.

You can find the serial numbers of the ZOOMR binoculars on the bottom of the bridge. The ZOOMR Mono do not have a specific serial number.

Our ZOOMR Mono 8x25 monoculars and ZOOMR 8x26, 10x34, 8x42 und 10x42 binoculars are all IPX splash proof which means it is protected against water splashes (such as rain) from all directions.

Yes, all lenses are fully multi coated.
